Brandenburg Boer Goat Farm is located on 30 acres in the beautiful Osage Hills in North Central Oklahoma, 35 miles SE of Ponca City. We are retired so have plenty of time to spend with our goats which results in raising quality, healthy Full Blood Boer goats that have gentle and loving dispositions.
Getting started was a lot of hard work and a new learning experience, but very enjoyable because of our desire to raise quality Full Blood Boer goats and the mentoring we received from other goat breeders. We began our Boer Goat herd with excellent bloodlines that included twenty three quality Full Blood Boer does, five FB kids, a FBSA Traditional buck and a FB triple bred Hersey Chocolate Solid Black buck. We have continued to improve our herd each year by adding Full Blood South Africans, Blacks, Reds and Full CODI/PCI all with excellent bloodlines.
Brandenburg Boer Goat Farm has more than met our expectations, not only in the peace and enjoyment it has given us, it has also enriched the lives of our children and grandchildren as well. They truly enjoy the time they get to spend at the farm helping grandpa do chores, feeding the chickens, gathering eggs and playing with the goats. God has also blessed us with many wonderful customers, some of them having become very dear friends and a part of our family.
Being retired from the workforce we are able to devote ourselves full time to our farm, caring for and raising quality Full Blood Boer goats for herd improvement, 4-H and FFA. Our greatest enjoyments is sitting on the front porch drinking coffee with family and friends while watching our goats eat and play on the hillside and meeting all the wonderful people who visit our farm to look at and purchase our goats. We thank all our past, present and future customers and we thank God for making all this possible.
